For optimal results, ensure you are well-hydrated before the session. This session is an “over the phone, teletherapy”. Our specialist will call you at the beginning of your session. They do not diagnose. If a doctor has already diagnosed you with the common cold, then this may help you. Sound Pain Management has NOT been approved by the FDA, and some people consider it imaginary.
Scheduling - Rescheduling - Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your Pain Management Session for up to 12 hours before your appointment time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, or missed sessions without notice, may be counted as a used session and are not refundable. If you experience an emergency or sudden illness, please email us at hello@soundpainmanagement.com as soon as possible. Members are those that have signed into the site. Memberships are those who have purchased the Sound Pain Management Membership. All Sound Pain Management Memberships are prepaid. All Sound Pain Management Memberships are non-refundable. Only Sound Pain Management Memberships can purchase Pain Management Sessions. All Pain Management Sessions are prepaid. All Pain Management Session are non-refundable upon conditions stated in the cancellation policy. All Pain Management Sessions are refundable upon conditions stated in the cancellation policy. The Booking Window is when memberships can start booking sessions. Only Sound Pain Memberships are allowed to CANCEL their own booked sessions online. The latest a session can be canceled is 12 hours before the 1st start time of the session. Only Sound Pain Memberships are allowed to RESCHEDULE their own booked session online. The latest a session can be rescheduled is up to 12 hours before the 1st start time. Advanced booking is when a session is scheduled several weeks ahead of the session’s time. Advance booking is available from 24 days before the session starts until 12 hours before the session starts. Life happens, so scheduling is flexible and forgiving. Memberships have a 5-minute grace period after they missed the prepaid sessions 1st start time. The purpose of the grace period is to give the Memberships an ability to relax though they missed the 1st starting time. The grace period is the 1st 5 minutes of the allotted 15-minute time frame, which resets the session to 10 minutes. At this time if the 2nd start time is missed. then that is called a “missed prepaid session”. Memberships are allowed to repurchase and reschedule new sessions whenever it works for them. We’re here to support the Memberships’ comfort every step of the way, with gentle reminders so they never miss an important part of their pain management journey.
